Molly Mammen, RMHCI, graduated from Lynn University, where she obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2014, Molly has worked in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, with a strong focus on mental health wellness and substance use recovery.
Molly specializes in working with adults, teens, and couples, and has extensive experience addressing substance use disorders, mood disorders, life transitions, and women’s issues. She brings a person-centered theoretical approach to her work, tailoring treatment to each individual while creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood.
In sessions, Molly incorporates interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Her therapeutic style emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and empowerment, helping clients gain insight, build skills, and live more fulfilling lives.
