
Bailee Young
MSW, RCSWI
Bailee Young is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) with experience across the full continuum of behavioral healthcare, including crisis stabilization, detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient therapy, and forensic mental health settings. She began her career in 2021 working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Bailee is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as helping parents navigate the challenges that can accompany a diagnosis. She also enjoys working with young adults facing life transitions, higher education stress, career development, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed interventions, and person-centered techniques. Clients often describe her as warm, approachable, and validating while also appreciating her ability to provide direct feedback that encourages meaningful growth and lasting change.
Bailee is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She believes that healing begins with genuine connection and works collaboratively with each client to build insight, resilience, and confidence.
Outside of work, Bailee enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats, shelling, shark tooth hunting, gardening, boating, traveling, and exploring Florida’s outdoors.
