Brendan Patterson
Counseling Intern
Brendan Patterson is a graduate student of Clinical Mental Health Counseling and serves clients as a counselor-in-training. He strives for a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, helping children, adolescents, and adults achieve healing in all areas of their lives. He focuses on helping clients build on their strengths to achieve change and has a strong passion for helping restore dignity of those he works with.
Brendan utilizes evidence-based practices consistent with treatment modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Psychoeducational approaches. He welcomes individuals from all socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys running, playing pickleball, and cooking meals for his friends and family.
