MS, RMHCI
Matthew Carney is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who has been practicing in various roles in the counseling field since 2023.
Prior to joining Ingram and Associates, Matthew most recently worked as Primary Therapist at a Substance Use Disorder treatment center; supporting adults of all ages toward mental health rehabilitation and substance use abstinence.
Matthew’s approach is personal, non-judgmental, collaborative, and humorous; ensuring that all of his clients feel empowered to speak their hearts and minds freely. He specializes working with individuals undergoing life-stage transition, Substance Use Disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and men’s issues.
Outside of the counseling space, Matthew is involved in his community through various service roles through his Church, as well as in the local recovery community in Palm Beach County. In his free time, Matt enjoys following Phillies baseball, running, or reading a new book.
