Sabrina Wilton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with varied experience providing therapy in community mental health, substance abuse, work with veterans, and crisis intervention.
Sabrina received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Carthage College in Kenosha Wisconsin. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling Specialization and concentration in treatment of addiction disorders from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2015.
Her areas of focus include but are not limited to trauma & post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD related to veterans, family system issues, mood disorders, and grief and loss.
Sabrina’s style as a clinician is client-centered and strengths-based. Her philosophy is that the therapeutic relationship is as important as the techniques used. Therapy should be non-judgmental and based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. By taking an active role in your therapy, you are collaborating towards your solutions and empowered to take action outside of session.
