Connie
L. Ingram, Ph.D., LMHC, NCC
As a 20-year
entrepreneur, Connie has established, grown, and sold businesses that have
impacted the community on a personal and organizational scale. Her doctoral
studies influenced the body of literature regarding Executive Coaching as a
Leadership Intervention in Bureaucratic Organizations. Connie is a sought
after executive coach for senior military officers and Fortune 500 company
executives. She is an adjunct professor in leadership studies, licensed
mental health counselor in private practice and a parenting coordinator for
the court system in her county. Connie is most known for her public speaking
and training in the areas of relationships and leadership.

Amy Moore, M.S.
Amy is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Master’s Degree in
Counseling Psychology and is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. Her experience and expertise in counseling clients
includes working with issues such as anxiety, depression, BiPolar disorder, improving self-esteem, developing communication skills,
anger management techniques, parenting, co-dependency and recovery. She works with individuals, couples and families. And, as a
certified TransParenting facilitator, Amy teaches a nationally utilized program to help divorced couples learn parenting and
co-parenting skills.
Amy has also been a certified personal trainer since 1995 with the American Council
on Exercise and was a national level competitive athlete. Her experience in working one on one with clients to improve their
health and fitness goals has proven a direct correlation of the mind and body connection. Her combined knowledge and experience
in both aspects supports physical and emotional wellness.

Laura A. Melvin, M.S., LMHC
As
a therapist since 1992, Laura has specialized in working with children from
ages 3 years to teens dealing with issues of low self esteem, hyperactivity,
learning disabilities, oppositional defiance, separation anxiety, and family
relationships. Laura’s therapy style stays focused on the individual needs
and personality of each family and respects all parenting styles.
In addition, Laura has over 9
years experience performing Psychosocial Evaluations. Laura is also
proactive in her approach to mentoring adults who may be struggling with
life changes, depression, relationship issues, and career choices. Innovated
techniques are used with Laura’s clients that not only address their mental
realm, but also environmental challenges.
