As a 20-year
entrepreneur, Connie has established, grown, and sold businesses that have
impacted the community on a personal and organizational scale. Her doctoral
studies influenced the body of literature regarding Executive Coaching as a
Leadership Intervention in Bureaucratic Organizations. Connie is a sought
after executive coach for senior military officers and Fortune 500 company
executives. She is an adjunct professor in leadership studies, licensed
mental health counselor in private practice and a parenting coordinator for
the court system in her county. Connie is most known for her public speaking
and training in the areas of relationships and leadership.

Laura A. Melvin, MS, LMHC
As a mental health therapist since 1992 and a Biblical Counselor since 1998,
Laura has specialized in working with children using Play Therapy from ages
3 years to ten years old who may be experiencing separation anxiety,
hyperactivity, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues. Laura can also
work with children who have recently been diagnosed with Aspersers or
Autism. In her approach with her teenage clientele, she focuses first on
building a great rapport and trust to help facilitate open communication
which can lead not only to behavioral changes, but "heart changes" giving
them purpose and direction. Additionally, Laura helps the parent develop a
personalized “Parent/Teen” contract to be used in the home.
Laura is also proactive in her approach to working with couples having
difficulty with communication breakdowns, infidelity, and intimacy issues.

Donna H. Reynolds, JD, MA, LMFT, CHt
Donna has provided behavioral health care services for over 15 years in a
variety of settings, including private practice, managed care, governmental
agencies, and non-profit community organizations. As a Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist, she assists her clients in
increasing self-confidence and releasing depression, anxiety, fears, as well
as self-destructive behaviors using a therapeutic approach that blends
cognitive theory with solution-focused strategies and a variety of modern
techniques. Areas of special interest include smoking cessation, weight
management, and sports enhancement. Donna also teaches a class in
self-hypnosis to adults through the Palm Beach County School District and
gives lectures and workshops on hypnosis.
The focus of Donna's practice is to help clients approach their challenges
with greater self-empowerment and to increase their awareness of personal
responsibility for their own level of well-being. She has found that there
is no greater satisfaction than to assist clients in facilitating the
changes they are seeking.

Lucille M. Giacone-Klein, MSW., LCSW
Lucille is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been serving the
community in the field of Mental Health Counseling since 1994, and is a
graduate of Barry University. She provides counseling, crisis intervention,
and life coaching to families, couples, individuals, teens and children. Her
expertise is in treating clients with bi-polar disorder, depression,
anxiety, anger issues, and addiction. Her most recent experience has been
working with special needs individuals, and she is greatly respected for her
work with her clients.
Lucille helps individuals
verbalize and understand their thoughts, feelings and behavior. She focuses
on teaching a variety of life skills such as coping, communication, and
anger management. She also concentrates on helping her clients improve their
self image, and strengthen their relationships.

Jeff is a Substance Abuse Counselor, licensed and certified Mental Health
Counselor and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. He has been in the field of
Recovery and Therapy since 1992. He has an interest in people and is
committed to helping guide clients through unique issues. It is Jeff's
mission to provide mental health counseling in a safe and welcoming
atmosphere, and create plans for clients to help them achieve their goals.
Jeff uses the latest in

and spiritual tools to help clients discover their strengths. His
specialties are sex addiction, chemical dependency, anxiety and depression,
